Sensitive Site Access

Sensitive Site Access

Love Australia’s unique beauty and ecosystem as much as we (and the EPA) do?

Would you like to work with a reliable and trusted partner for your environmental site access needs? Then you have come to the right place as we have had 15 years experience overseas and domestically doing exactly that.

With a proven track record working in areas such as class A nature reserves, ecologically sensitive wetlands, mangroves, cultural heritage sites and other protected lands, our team are more than happy to share their experience and assist with your requirements.

DuraBase composite mats are the preferred option when it comes to minimising remediation works. 105mm thickness allows the mats to take on heavy equipment, wheeled or tracked, while spread the load to minimise topsoil disturbance.

See our case studies below on how JWA played a part in regrowth of mangroves, or protecting turtle breeding grounds.

DuraBase mats are also useful for minimising risk of spreading contaminated materials when working in acid-sulfate soils and sites with buried asbestos.

Not only does matting minimise the risk of equipment breaking through the top crust of contaminated grounds, the mats can simply be hosed down onsite during demobilisation to keep meet site quarantine requirements.
