Can FODS reduce track out of fine material? See for yourself here.

Did you know that the largest canola crushing and refining facility in Australia processes a whopping 1,000 metric tonnes of canola seeds every day? That's an impressive volume of both seeds and oil!

Our team recently had the privilege of visiting one of GrainCorp's oil refineries, and we are sincerely thankful for the enlightening tour led by the knowledgeable representative. The intricate process of oil production was truly fascinating to witness, highlighting the careful utilization of every part of the canola seed, whether as oil or processed into livestock feed.

As a dedicated supplier, we always strive to comprehend the challenges faced by our clients on-site. On this instance, the notable challenge is the tendency of canola seeds to stick to and become lodged in tires, eventually tracking onto roads.

In response to this issue, GrainCorp approached us to trial and assess the effectiveness of FODS rumble mats in reducing the track-out of canola seeds, similar to their effectiveness with mud. According to our client, after the installation of the mats, the track-out of canola seeds saw a remarkable decrease of over 50%.

Our sincere gratitude goes out to GrainCorp for granting us a glimpse into their remarkable facility, where we witnessed the captivating transformation of seeds into oil.
